(or Ideas?) It's a difficult question.
It’s tempting to get swept up in a brilliant idea – but without process, even the best ideas fizzle fast.
Process moves us forward. It’s how we take the best ideas to the finish line, and continue to refine. The right system doesn’t limit creativity; it gives it room to stretch without snapping.
We’ve started with a spark, and watched it die without structure.
We’ve also clung too tightly to structure, and watched it kill a spark that should have been a flame.
Truthfully: brilliant ideas need strong guidance. And a great process is nothing without something worth building.
Process or Ideas?
In the end, neither works in isolation. But you already knew that, didn't you.
IF we were forced to pick just one, process might not be it.
What do you think we said to the other folks?
